If at any time during the session, I feel discomfort or strain, I will gently come out of the posture and ask for support from the teacher. I know that I may rest at any time during the class.

It is Important in yoga that I listen to my body and respect its limits on any given day.

I understand that yoga is not a substitute for medical attention, examination, diagnosis or treatment. I will consult my medical practitioner prior to beginning any program, including yoga for my overall wellbeing. I recognise that it is my responsibility to notify my yoga teacher of any serious illness, injury or pregnancy before the yoga class. I will not perform any postures to the extent of strain or pain.

I affirm that I alone am responsible to decide whether to practice yoga and participation is at my own risk.

I accept that neither Coming Home Yoga (Sydney), the teacher, substitute teacher nor the hosting facility are liable for any injury or damages to my person or property, resulting from participating in these classes.
