No matter which of our classes you choose, expect to enhance your physical, mental and spiritual wellbeing through practices that cultivate steadiness, balance and ease. Whether you are a beginner or have experience, come with a curious mind and an open heart - you'll be invited to explore your range and broaden your limits.

Explore postural yoga at a steady pace. Guided with care and personal attention, modifications are offered to ensure a safe and accessible practice. For those ready for a challenge there are extensions. Beginners welcome. This practice includes postural yoga, pranayama (breathwork) and relaxation. Expect to leave class feeling energised and content.
Wednesdays 9:30 am - 10:20 am
Five Dock - COMMENCING 2ND JULY
Expect all the benefits of yoga while practicing with the support of a chair. This class is for you if your mobility is limited and you have great difficulty getting down to and up from the floor.
Mondays 6:45 pm - 7:45 pm
Chiswick
Yin and Yang are the Taoist concepts that represent the two opposing forces present in all of nature. This practice merges the two in beautiful harmony. Expect a little fire with a slow vinyasa before we cool down into some juicy yin poses and finish with relaxation.
