Postural yoga, taught at a steady pace, guided with care and personal attention. Modifications are offered to ensure a safe and accessible practice. Those ready for a challenge are invited to explore extensions. Beginners and experienced are welcome. This practice includes postural yoga, pranayama (breathwork) and relaxation. Expect to leave class feeling energised and content.
