This class is taught at a steady pace where you will be guided with care and personal attention. Modifications are offered to ensure a safe and accessible practice for all. For those ready for a challenge there are extensions. Beginners welcome. This practice includes postural yoga, pranayama (commonly known as breathwork) and relaxation. It is my intention that students leave my classes feeling energised and content.
Yin and Yang are the Taoist concepts that represent the two opposing forces present in all of nature. In the yin there is always a bit of yang and in the yang there is always a little yin.
This practice merges the two in beautiful harmony. We warm up with a gentle vinyasa before settling into some juicy yin poses, finishing with pranayama and relaxation..
