It’s my great pleasure to reunite with Tida Happy Yogi for another Yin Yoga & Sound bath session. Your yin yoga practice will have a seasonal focus on specific Meridian lines and target the corresponding connective tissue, joints and fascia within the physical body. You will be simultaneously lulled into serenity by the pure sounds and vibrations of Tibetan singing bowls, ocean drums and koshi chimes, before a fully immersive sound bath to soothe your soul. This therapeutic combination of experiences will leave you feeling grounded, calm and peaceful.
We have props available to support your practice. This class is suitable for both beginners and experienced practitioners.
What you'll need
BYO mat or blanket to practice on along with whatever else you need for your personal comfort and warmth such as a shawl, cushion, eye pillow
Wear something comfy
Please avoid eating a heavy meal for 2 hours before the practice
