Iyengar said, “The yogi’s life is not measured by the number of his days but by the number of his breaths.” The ancients discovered that our breath is a powerful tool we can use to increase our vital energy, support our physiology and prepare the mind for meditation. In recent decades, a growing body of evidence is supporting what yogis have known for millennia.
Dive into the 4th limb of yoga and deepen your practice. You’ll discover the nature of your own breath and experience three main categories of yogic breathwork to bring body, mind and spirit into alignment.
To prepare for this workshop
Please avoid eating a heavy meal for 2 hours before the workshop
Wear loose, comfortable clothing - there will be gentle movement
