Group Yoga Five Dock, Drummoyne, Chiswick
Tida Happy Yogi and I have collaborated to hold Yin Yoga & Sound bath sessions since 2024. While I guide a yin yoga practice that focusses on specific parts of the body, Tida skillfully plays her traditional instruments transporting your physical and mental state into one of receiving and releasing. This therapeutic combination of experiences leaves you feeling connected, grounded and nourished.
These have become much anticipated events for our regular attendees. and don't come around often. To stay in the know, subscribe to my newsletter.
Props are provided to support your practice. This class is suitable for both beginners and experienced practitioners.
